Agent was not sure on his location or how long it would take to arrive. Then proceeded to try to argue with me because I would not wait....

Sorry to hear this. After the touring agreement was signed and I got off the phone with you, I drove the 42 minutes to get to the appointment. You called 2 minutes before the touring time and told me you could not wait even when I told you I was only 2 minutes away. Best wishes.
